OKARA: Police have registered 117 people over stealing electricity and canal water theft. The Wapda checking team traced electricity theft at 23 sites and got registered cases against 23 owners of houses.
The Canal Dept checking teams checked water theft incidents at various places and got registered 94 canal water theft cases in concerned police stations.
