GUJRANWALA: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) claimed on Sunday that its leader Ata Tarar and party workers had been arrested, the local media reported. The report cited the PML-N leadership as saying that Alipur Chatha police arrested Ata Tarar with scores of his supporters. Maryam Nawaz, daughter of ex-PM Nawaz Sharif and PMLN Vice president, took Twitter to condemn the arrests.
