Designer Tory Burch started 2016 on a fantastic note. In a series of Instagram posts she announced her engagement to boyfriend, Pierre Yves-Roussel, who also happens to the CEO of LVMH Fashion Group and oversees brands like Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs and Givenchy among others. A power couple, indeed.
Burch first posted a picture of herself from the West Indies in a kayak wearing her new line, Tory Sport and a huge diamond on her ring finger on the social media app. While post was meant to introduce her new sportswear collection, the image sparked speculation that the designer was engaged. She confirmed a day later by posting another picture of herself with her fiancé, captioning it “We are tying the knot.” The pair have been dating since the summer of 2014 and have not announced a tentative date or confirmed whether their nuptials will take place this year or not.
