ISLAMABAD: PTI MNA Noor Alam Khan said on Tuesday that during the last three years, the Parliament has become a fish market as nobody cares about the people of Pakistan, and people in government and opposition are only interested in protecting personalities.

In a series of tweets, Noor Alam Khan shared the mayhem in the Parliament and said it’s a pity that all norms of Parliament and parliamentarians are violated by abusing/physical assault for the first time in history of Parliament of Pakistan.

“Corruption, whether moral or financial, should not be tolerated,” he said.

The PTI lawmaker said everyone should declare assets and across the board accountability should be carried out. “No financer friends should be spared, and our agenda should serve and think for the people of Pakistan,” he said. He said he believes that war in Parliament is about personalities, not the people of Pakistan.

“Nobody cares about price-hike of flour, sugar, petrol, nor about electricity loadshedding. Opposition and government only care about their leadership’s blessings as they like galam gloch (verbal abuse). May Allah have mercy on us and people of Pakistan,” he said.
