A spokesperson of the Grammy winner told Billboard: "As a resolution of both lawsuits, the parties will drop and dismiss their respective suits without monetary settlement."

Last month, Utah-based theme park Evermore filed a lawsuit against the Bad Blood singer claiming that the singer copied their name for her December album Evermore.

The theme park argued that it had been a registered owner of the trademark since 2015.

Swift in turn filed a lawsuit against them claiming that it used the singer’s songs without proper licensing.
