Nutella 1 tbsp per chapati

Water as needed

Salt a pinch

Oil/Ghee as needed

METHOD:

Start by mixing flour with salt. Add water and knead the dough. Usually it’s little less than half cup of water for 1 cup flour.

Prepare dough and let it rest for 15 minutes. Then knead again to make it smooth and divide into 6 or 8 equal sized balls depending how big you want your chapati to be.

Roll it as you do for chapati, but make sure it’s not too thin.

Spread the Nutella on half the chapati and fold it neatly.

Now heat the ‘tawa’ and cook both sides with few drops of oil or ghee as required.

Take the chapati off the tawa when it’s cooked and be careful as the Nutella inside will be hot.

Your desi dessert is ready to be served.

Tip: For stuffing you can also add a teaspoon of finely chopped bananas, strawberries, sugar, dry fruits and nuts too. Anything that goes well with Nutella.
