So, keeping this in mind You! has collaborated with cooking maestro Lubna Shariff who shares her special recipe of ‘Shikanjabeen Sharbat’. INGREDIENTS:
ESugar 2 cups
Water 4 cups
Vinegar or apple cider 1 cup
Fresh mint 1 bunch
METHOD:
Add sugar to water and let it boil
‑Once the sugar melts, add vinegar and let it simmer
Add mint and cook for some time
‑When it thickens, discard the mint leaves and let the mixture cool
Pour it in a bottle and refrigerate
‑When you want to serve pour a little thick sharbat and add water to it. Serve chilled
