We all know of designer Faraz Manan’s love affair with Kareena Kapoor Khan. We are hinting on the fact that the actress has consistently and diligently been his muse for his Crescent lawn collections over the past two years. However, it seems this designer-muse relationship has extended beyond just lawn – into couture – as Kareena was spotted wearing a gorgeous Faraz Manan couture creation on Thursday night in Dubai.

A glowing Bebo uploaded a snapshot of herself on Instagram looking gorgeousin a dazzling, white sequined white kameez paired with worked cigarette pants – a classic Manan creation. The actress kept posting pictures from the start to the final touches as she got ready for the launch event of Malabar Jewellers in Abu Dhabi. Soon after, another post on Instagram showed the designer and his team partying with Bebo and Manish Malhotra. It’s refreshing to see our designers also move into Bollywood with their creations following the footsteps of our actors. It was only recently that Sonam Kapoor was seen wearing a Sania Maskatiya creation on the cover of Cosmopolitan India while Kangana Ranaut wore a Sana Safinaz lawn creation in one of the scenes of Queen. Ranbir Kapoor on a video messaging spree – first Mawra, now Javed Sheikh!

The bonds between Bollywood and Pakistani celebs seem to be growing stronger than border security. After giving Mawra Hocane, who is a die-hard fan of the actor, a shout-out on Instagram, Ranbir Kapoor has now recorded a video message for Javed Sheikh’s son Shehzad Sheikh which was shared by Dubai Bliss on Instagram on April 16.

“Hi Shehzad, I have had the great privilege of working with your great father Javed Sir who is now playing my father. I am truly privileged to get this opportunity and also congratulations to you for the new baby and Javed Sir on becoming a dada,” said Ranbir in the video alongside Javed Sheikh. The veteran Pakistani actor will be essaying the role of Ranbir’s father in his upcoming film Tamasha. In Tamasha, Ranbir will be playing a vagabond who is enchanted by stories and best expresses himself by performing them. He is a free spirited person who wants to make everybody around him happy and he sure is translating that well in real life.
