The reaction plan

The National Action Plan (NAP) is practically the National Reaction Plan (NRP). It ignores the key difference between extremism and terrorism. It places cure above prevention and puts the cart before the horse.
Long live our prolific and articulate intellectuals who are clinically dead. Long live the dream and the idea of Pakistan ,which have been securely archived in the dark dungeons of the status quo.
