This refers to the news report, ‘Kanju, guards acquitted of murder’ (October 28). All witnesses ‘failed’ to recognise Mustafa Kanju, the son of Siddique Kanju, and his guards. This led the case to collapse. All of society is shocked and silent.
Can we expect something better now that the CJ has taken suo motu notice of the case? Justice is the only way forward.
