When we think of young and talented actresses who have enthralled audiences owing to their strong performances in the span of last three to four years, Zubab Rana instantly comes to one’s mind. The actress is known for her role as Aleena in ‘Mere Khudaya’ and as Hania in ‘Bandish’.
Zubab Rana started off her career with modelling after one of her friends tagged her in a post by a modeling agency on social media. The agency was shooting for a brand and that’s how she landed her first modeling assignment. However, Rana made her acting debut with a role in TV serial ‘Naseebo Jali’ (2017). She further appeared as an antagonist in ‘Mere Khudaya’ (2018) and as a protagonist in horror serial ‘Bandish’ (2019). For her performance as Aleena (antagonist) in ‘Mere Khudaya’, she received a nomination for Best Emerging Talent at the 18th Lux Style Awards.
Zubab is currently appearing in drama serial ‘Mehboob Apky Qadmon Mein’, where she portrays the character of Sunaina who becomes a victim of black magic. As far as movies are concerned, Rana says, “I would love to do a movie, but I don’t have any project in the pipeline as we speak.
