KARACHI: Pakistan’s Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi and his French partner Gilles Simon moved into the quarter-finals of Tokyo Open in Japan on Monday.
The unseeded duo of Aisam and Gilles defeated the wildcard pair of Toshihide Matsui of Japan and Jarkko Nieminen of Finland 6-7(2), 6-3, 10-6 in men’s doubles first round of this ATP-500 championship.
