Dalgona Coffee

As the quarantine gets tough on most of us, we find ways to be productive at home. And, what is more productive than cooking new things and shooing away the stress? Nowadays, several snacks and beverages are doing rounds on social media and we are wondering how to join the bandwagon. The latest sensation is the easy to make and delicious Dalgona Coffee!

INGREDIENTS

Instant coffee powder 3 tbsp

Sugar 3 tbsp

Water 2 tbsp

Milk (chilled) 4 cups

Ice cubes

METHOD

• Add instant coffee powder and sugar in a cup.
• Add 2 tbsp water and beat the coffee and sugar vigorously until
• it is light and fluffy.
• Add a few more drops of water required while beating the coffee.
• Fill a glass with ice cubes.
• Pour milk on top.
• Top the glass with whipped coffee.
• Serve the delicious beverage chilled.
