Borders closure extended for two weeks, says interior ministry

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s borders would remain closed for another two weeks as part of measures to control coronavirus pandemic in the country, the interior ministry announced on Monday.

As per the decision of National Coordination Committee (NCC), the interior ministry had decided to extend closure of all borders of the country for further two weeks,” said a notification issued by the ministry. The decision had been taken to prevent the spread of coronavirus, it added.
