Mere Paas Tum Ho actors Adnan Siddiqui and Humayun Saeed spent some time in the United States along with actor Hira Mani for a special show with reference to the now concluded drama serial. They toured the US as COVID-19 was spreading and were also being criticized for it and for posing a risk to their lives as well as for public health safety issues.

However, as soon as the two returned to Pakistan, they decided to isolate themselves from everyone and are currently staying at a local hotel in Karachi. Adnan Siddiqui noted in an Instagram video that they will not be meeting their friends and families and will have homemade food during the next 14 days.

Clearing the air and panic, Adnan and Humayun also interacted with Instragram followers from their hotel room live, noting that when they left for the tour, the situation wasn’t as serious. Also, no tests were conducted when they reached the United States.

They also addressed criticism that came their way, including a comment from one of the Soul Sisters who asked the government to quarantine Adnan Siddiqui and Humayun Saeed.

“It is not the job of the government, it was our responsibility to isolate ourselves and we did that,” noted Adnan, adding that while one has the right to have an opinion, they do not have the right to judge others.

Humayun furthered that they are safe and have taken all precautionary measures throughout the trip and will continue to do so. “Fortunately, there are no symptoms as of yet,” he informed. The two wished the best of health to everyone around.
