Pakistan team hit hard before WC: Junaid out, Bilawal in for NZ ODIs

LAHORE: Injured Pakistan pacer Junaid Khan will not be going to New Zealand to play two one-day internationals against NZ ahead of the World Cup 2015, and instead Bilawal Bhatti has been included in the squad.

Sources said on Tuesday that depending on Bhatti’s performance during the two matches, he could be included for the final World Cup squad.

Junaid suffered a hamstring injury when he slipped during a training camp at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.
