This refers to letter captioned ‘Young, educated and jobless’ (Jan 28, 2020) by Syed Hussein El-Edroos. I fully support the views of the writer. Joblessness is at its peak and demands concrete measures by the federal government to address this serious issue.
In Pakistan, jobs are not given on merit, with bribery and nepotism often a deciding factor. Joblessness only furthers this corruption as one is forced to make ends meets by hook or by crook.
