KARACHI: The Karachi Customs Agents Association (KCAA) has said that it was neither the part nor supporting the protest launched by the Pakistan International Freight Forwarders Association (PIFFA) against sales tax on service.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, KCAA said that the protest; however, is affecting the movement of goods at ports and terminal.
The association feared that the protest might cause choke at ports and terminal and stakeholders would cause losses.
The KCAA urged the government to resolve the issues of PIFFA to avoid losses to the economy.
