Once again the people of Pakistan have been given the assurance that the wheel of accountability has been set in motion and that the process will be ruthless and impartial. Only time will tell how different this accountability is from past such practices.
After the 2010 epic floods, a club in Bahrain decided to build a modern town in Muzaffargarh called the Manama Village. For this purpose, it sought donations from the Pakistani community. It also posted replicas of houses on its website. Most Pakistanis donated generously to this project. But after a lapse of six years not a single house has been built so far. There is not even a signboard at the site. Will NAB look into this matter as well?
