New three judges of Islamabad High Court include Justice Lubna Pervez Saleem, Justice Fayyaz Jandran and Justice Ghulam Azam Qambar.

The three judges have been appointed as additional judges for a period of one year after the recommendation by Judicial Commission of Pakistan (JCP) and approval from the Parliamentary Committee.

However, the Islamabad High Court Bar Association (IHCBA) boycotted the oath-taking ceremony of the new additional judges as deadlock between bar and bench has continued to persist on Pakistan Institute of Cardiology (PIC) clash.
