After the success of Amar Khan-starrer Dil-e-Gumshuda that recently came to an end, producers Abdullah Kadwani and Asad Qureshi are all set for their next drama serial.
Titled Deewangi, the upcoming production features Danish Taimoor and Hiba Bukhari in pivotal roles and is expected to air in the coming days. The first few teasers of the drama have been released and they hint at an intense love story, not without drama, emotions and misunderstandings.
Danish plays an influential young man, Mansoor, who is about to become a politician while Hiba essays the role of Nageen, who wants to be rich and successful in life. Given that the two come from very different social and financial backgrounds, their relationship suffers. Whether they are meant to be together or part ways, we will know once the drama goes on air.
Written by Sadia Akhtar and directed by ace director Zeeshan Ahmed, Deewangi also features Ali Abbas and Zoya Nasir, while Mehmood Aslam, Nida Mumtaz, Ismat Zaidi, Noor Ul Hasan, Parveen Akbar and Humera Bano also play important roles in the upcoming project.
Deewangi is produced under the banner of 7th Sky Entertainment - known for serials like Kahin Deep Jalay, Ramz e Ishq and Darr Khuda Se that are presently on air and generating high ratings.
