May I draw the attention of the prime minister of Pakistan towards a humanitarian issue relating to a few honest and hardworking government officials who could not attend the training courses required for promotion from BPS 19 to BPS 20 due to severe ailment and will be retiring without promotion to the next level?
It is requested that rules may be relaxed in such cases if the performance of the official meets the criteria without meeting the formality of course.
