Rs40,000 Prize Bond Result: 02 September 2019 List of Draw # 79

The draw for Rs40,000 prize bond, which was scheduled to be held on September 02, 2019 in Multan, has been withheld, said the representative of the National Savings.

The last draw for Rs40,000 prize bond was held on June 03, 2019.

It may be noted here that the State Bank of Pakistan had banned the sale of old Rs40,000 Prize Bonds from June 25.

The expiry date for encashment of Rs40,000 prize bond is March 31, 2020 after that the bonds will become useless since they would no longer be included in draws.

The SBP has also directed banks to stop selling old and unregistered Rs40,000 Prize Bonds.

According to the SBP, the bonds would be converted into Rs40,000 Premium Prize Bonds and they can also be converted into saving certificates.
