Ings set to join Liverpool

LONDON: Young Burnley striker Danny Ings is set to join Liverpool when his contract with the newly-relegated side expires at the end of June.
Talks for the England under-21 striker’s transfer to Anfield have been ongoing for some weeks, mainly involving the fee.
“Liverpool FC are delighted to announce that they have agreed personal terms with Danny Ings and, subject to a medical, the striker will join the club on July 1,” a club statement said.
