Court summons witnesses to record statements in murder case

Rawalpindi : The Additional District and Sessions Judge (ASJ), Rawalpindi Tahir Aslam has directed the police to probe into the case a blind murder of 18 years old young boy, whose body was found from a jungle. The court has given time to police to investigate the matter and find out the real killers till March 30, 2019.

The court has summoned all witnesses to record their statements on March 30, 2019, and directed the police to investigate the case in right direction.

Police masterly twisted the case and presented a challan in the court in against two decoits; named Shahid Nadeem and Muhammad Waqas, for killing the boy after molestation and threw the body in nearby jungle. Police also told the court that we have recovered cell phone of dead boy from the decoits.

While, applicant Riasat Hussain Shah, the elder brother of the boy did not know the two decoits, which police have arrested in the case and sent them to jail. The applicant told the court that Waheed Ahmed Shah and Muzaffar Ali killed his brother but police has declared them innocent in initial chalan.

The applicant told the court that the wife of his brother named Munazza Bibi, Muzaffar Ali, Waheed Shah, and others were involved in killing of his brother. They kidnapped his brother, who slapped Munazza’s father during a quarrel. But police insisted us to blame against two unknown people.

Whereas, the real killers named Muzaffar Ali and Waheed Shah filed an acquittal application according to Section 265-K and requested the court to acquit them in murder case.

The court has summoned all witnesses to record their statements on March 30, 2019, and directed the police to investigate the case in right direction.

The boy named Syed Shaukat Hussain Shah, a taxi driver was kidnapped on May 23, 2018 and after four days his body was found from jungle, Moza Jabba.
