All companies have a right to choose young graduates from different renowned universities in Pakistan. They have their own strategy to achieve a milestone. However, there is a need to raise our voices against this bias which is hampering the future of a large number of students. High-tier universities are quite expensive and a large number of students cannot afford to study in them.
By giving jobs to graduates of specific universities, big companies are discriminating against students of other universities. Young graduates of other universities are fighting for their future and remain without a job for a long time. Big companies must pay a little attention to the students of other universities as they are also talented and have the potential to go forward.
