“It’s a passion project that I have been thinking of working on for long,” Mohib told Instep. “I had to do it at some point. It wasn’t a decision I took overnight; I have done this my entire life. After acting for about 20 years, now I want to express a few things that are within me. This is just another way of expressing myself.”

Ishrat – Made In China is an action comedy that reportedly stars Shamoon Abbasi, Sanam Saeed, Ali Kazmi, Sara Loren and Nayyer Ejaz while fashion designer HSY (Hassan Sheheryar Yasin) is said to be essaying the role of an antagonist. However, no official announcement on the film’s cast has been made yet.

According to Mohib, the cast and other details will be revealed later this year via proper photo-shoots/posters while the film will release in 2020.
