A public library in Islamabad’s F-11 area has been without electricity for the last 15 days. If reports are to be believed, the Wapda authorities removed the electrri metre due to non payment of bill worth Rs150,000.
Regular visitors are facing a great deal of problems as rooms are dark and the visibility is virtually zero. Residents request the CDA to take steps to restore the facility.
