One of the most popular boy bands in the world One Direction had reigned over hearts of fans all over the globe had split following rifts between Zayn Malik and other group members.
According to a report by Daily Star, 25-year-old Liam Payne revealed that it has been quite a while since he was last in contact with Zayn with the last time being before the One Direction split, who has been in the news previously for being the cause behind the mounting tensions amongst the members.
"He's off doing his thing and more power to him", he stated.
Earlier, the 26-year-old Pillow Talk hit maker while talking about the band drifting apart had revealed: "There’s things that happen and things that were said after I left… Snide things. Small things that I would never have expected,” while adding that he wasn’t close to any of the band members.
