Pakistan weather forecast for Monday: A fresh westerly wave is likely to enter western parts of the country on Sunday which may affect the western, central & upper part of the country with rain/thunderstorms and snowfall over the hills during next 3 to 5 days.

Islamabad: Pakistan Meteorological Department has forecast rain/thunderstorm with snow over hills in Malakand, Hazara, Mardan, Rawalpindi, Quetta divisions, Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir and at isolated places in Peshawar, Lahore, Sargodha, Gujranwala, Kohat, Bannu and Zhob divisions during the next 24 hours.

According to the synoptic situation, a fresh westerly wave is likely to enter western parts of the country on Sunday which may affect the western, central & upper part of the country with rain/thunderstorms and snowfall over the hills during next 3 to 5 days. The weather remained cold and dry in most parts of the country.

Today’s Lowest Minimum Temperatures were recorded as follow: Kalam -9°C, Skardu -8°C, Bagrote, and Astore -6°C, Malamjabba -5°C, Hunza -4°C, Islambad 6 C,Lahore 9 C and Peshawar 10 C.
