Forex reserves increase to $14.895bln

KARACHI: Pakistan’s foreign exchange reserves slightly increased to $14.895 billion during the week ended February 8 from $14.885 billion a week ago, the central bank said on Thursday.

The reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan rose $13 million to $8.205 billion. Foreign currency reserves of commercial banks, however, fell to $6.689 billion from $6.692 billion.
