- This year makeup trends will be very interesting as it will be a combination of striking plus nude and subtle makeup. The no-makeup look will be in along with some cool and glamorous make up trends such as foiled eyeshades used in the inner corner and centre of the eye will take over 2019.
- In terms of hair cut 2019 short hair, such as pixie cut, layered bob and angled bob will be the ‘it’ thing. Though in the past years a lot of layers were quite in but now fewer layers are making their way on the trend list. This is ideal for those who want to look stylish and do not want to compromise on the length of their hair.
- This year, dark black eyes will take a back seat and will be replaced with soft makeup. Those who prefer slightly heavy makeup can opt for colourful liners and glossy lips.
- Short hair especially angled bob was popular in 2018. Not to forget the hair dyeing technique, Balayage was all the rage.
- In 2019 all bright berry colours will take over. Think strawberry, deep purple and cranberry lip colours.
- In 2018 nude makeup was quite popular and it will continue to rule the New Year as well. This is one trend that goes well with heavy dresses and wedding looks. Apart from this, the different techniques of Balayage will be trending in 2019.

- As far as makeup is concerned, the no makeup look and extra dramatic looks will be in. But if we talk about shoots and television require dramatic makeup, so that will remain the same in 2019 as well.
- Haircuts that will be popular include shoulder length hair and bob cuts but till spring time short haircuts will take over.
- In my opinion, smokey eyes with lots of glitter will rule the New Year.
- During 2018, women went for Balayage and Ombre and as for makeup they opted for a lot of shimmery makeup.

- In my opinion, 2019 will be all about bold colours and geometric liner. If you are going for nude, no makeup look just opt for a pop of colour on the eyes or lips and you are all set to go. Red, pink and orange eyeliners will be trending this year.

A haircut can make or break your look. Talking about haircuts that are all the rage these days, Nabila says, “Mid length or shorter hair is the way to go.
Say goodbye to long hair and say hello to trendy strong shapes, such as boxy, chunky and square looking haircuts. But the key to pull off such a haircut is of course to wear it effortlessly.”
When it comes to hair colours, in the past there have been many techniques including Ombre, Balayage and freehand hair colouring technique, in which lighter shades like blonde and beige hues were used, but now things are changing. After years of doing Balayage in light colors, this year will be about hair shades that bring back the real hair texture to life along with adding shine, movement and lots of volume. In short, basically rich darker colours are the in thing especially for winter.
As far as hair styles are concerned textured blow-dries, half-tied hair and messy knots are here to stay. They look classy yet pretty. According to the expert, long hair has taken a back seat and is one hair trend that is a big No this year.
