For Chicken Cubes: Salt, white pepper, Mustard paste, Oregano garlic, tomato paste, chili Paste (Arabic), lemon juice, oil
Lamb cubes: Salt, white pepper, tomato paste, oil
Lamb chops: Same as Lamb cubes
Chicken Kafta: Salt, white pepper, coriander leaves, garlic onion, mix bell pepper.
Lamb Kafta: Onion parsley, salt, white pepper Arabic powder (Altahai)
