KARACHI: Four of a panel of 16 designers won a spot in history, as their creations would become a part of the PIA crew’s new uniform, a statement said on Tuesday.
Sania Muskatiya’s cap design won her the top spot, while Yasmeen Shaikh’s coats grabbed the first place; Umar Farooq and Nomi Ansari won in the men’s and women’s wear, respectively, it said.
Sixteen top-notch designers from across Pakistan gathered on Monday evening to submit their designs for the new uniform of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) crew. This was a rare feat that gave the national flag carrier a complete image makeover, it said.
