The sources said that it is first time in the history that Indian diplomat is facing delay in getting the Islamabad Club membership. In the past whenever any India HC applied for the membership, his application was approved and the membership was awarded him the same day.
Meanwhile the Public Relations in charge in the Indian HC talking to this correspondent said that besides the High Commissioner, applications of two other senior officials of the Commission for the purpose are also not approved.
