RAWALPINDI: Team Kick Off will hold a function on January 25 in honour of the Pakistan football team which has qualified for the 2018 FIFA Street Children World Cup, says a press release.
The event — at the Kick Off facility in Jinnah Park here — will be attended by Commander 10 Corps Lieutenant General Nadeem Raza and other senior army officials, with the purpose of promoting the sport in the country and to encourage the young players. The Pakistan team won the ‘Future Depends on You’ Football Tournament 2017 held in Russia. The event will take place between 3:00pm and 7:00pm.
