STOCKHOLM, Sweden: Swedish slalom skier Maria Pietilae-Holmner has announced her retirement at the age of 31, giving up on her hopes of competing at a fourth Olympics.The technical specialist finished fourth in the slalom at the 2010 Winter Games in Vancouver and sixth in the giant slalom at the Sochi Olympics four years ago.
