The HAGUE : Pakistan on Wednesday submitted its response to International Court of Justice (ICJ) in Kulbhushan Jadhav case, rejecting Indian stance on the status of the spy who was involved in terror activities in Pakistan.
According to Geo TV, Pakistan said Jadhav was not an ordinary prisoner and Vienna Convention does not applies to him.
Pakistan said in its reply submitted by the Foreign Office's Director Fariha Bugtithe that Indian spy entered the country with the intent of spying and carrying out subversive activities.
The reply was jointly prepared by the Attorney General, officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and legal team overseeing the case.
Jadhav was arrested on March 3, 2016, from Balochistan, after he entered Pakistan from Iran.
