Diabetes is one of the life-threatening diseases of the present era. Statistics show that the prevalence of diabetes in people aged 20 and above is more than 26 percent. A healthy lifestyle keeps the disease at bay while a poor and sedentary lifestyle is a major cause of this disease. According to physicians, taking stress on unnecessary and petty things also leads to diabetes.
Although a person who contracts diabetes stops enjoying life like a normal person, instead of losing heart one should buckle up to combat this disease. One must consume healthy diet and refrain from using junk food. In the same way, regular exercise keeps the disease under check. A balanced diet, regular exercise and the prescription made by a certified physician play a vital role in fighting this disease.
