The number of renal dialysis patients is increasing day by day but dialysis centres where the patients can get a satisfied treatment are very few. In addition to this, there is not even a single institute for technicians of dialysis machines where they can learn about the machines properly and the main thing they should learn about is how to prick the needle without damaging the fistula (surgically modified blood vessel created by connecting an artery to a vein).
Without fistula dialysis is nearly impossible. And it is very expensive to have an operation for a fistula rupture again. The government is requested to introduce diploma-level courses for the technicians of dialysis machines and set up proper haemodialysis centres to treat patients against affordable fees.
