More LNG

This refers to the article, ‘The LNG affair’ (February 8) by Dr Farrukh Saleem. The writer claims that the prevailing low international LNG prices are expected to drop substantially in the future.
In such a situation, the Nawaz government is holding secretive negotiations to sign a long-term, fixed-price contract to buy LNG from the Middle East at an exorbitant price.
