It won’t be correct to add Jennifer Aniston’s name to the list of successful film actors who’ve recently turned towards television since she started her career with the illustrious sitcom Friends. But it has been a while since she graced the small screen and we can’t wait to see the reunion.

By reunion, we mean the reunion between Aniston and fellow Friends co-star Reese Witherspoon, who made a special appearance on one of the episodes of the hit TV show, where she played the character of Aniston’s younger sister.

Aniston and Reese Witherspoon are all set to appear in a series about TV morning shows and this collaboration is being touted as one of the largest TV packages to date. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the untitled series will explore morning shows and the larger New York media scene that they inhabit. The series will most likely be taken out to premium cable outlets like HBO and streaming services, including Netflix.

Apparently, the project is being spearheaded by former HBO head of drama Michael Ellenberg. Aniston will also be credited as an executive producer.
