KARACHI: The 6thEssa LabOpen National Tennis championship offering prize purse of Rs 100,000 will be played at Karachi Gymkhana from August 5-11. This was announced by Dr Farhan Essa of Essa Laboratories and Diagnostic Center at a media briefing on Thursday.
Farhan urged Sindh Tennis Association (STA) officials to select talented junior players for advanced coachingthrough the sponsorship of Essa Lab.
The events to be played in this event are junior 18 singles and doubles; 16 & under singles; 14 & under singles; 12 & under singles; 10 & under singles; girls 18 & under singles; seniors 35 plus singles; seniors 50 plus singles; and senior 45 plus doubles.
