Granulated castor sugar 1/2 cup

Vegetable oil (except Olive oil) 1/4 cup

Ripe bananas (peeled and mashed) 2

Yoghurt (at room temp) 2 tbsp

Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp

All-purpose flour 1 cup

Baking soda 1/2 tsp

Walnuts (chopped) 1/3 cup

Cinnamon a pinch

Salt a pinch
