Last Novemeber, the Motorway policed fined the NHA chairman twice for overspeeding on the Motorway. However, the motorway police was penalised after the incident. I was amazed by this incident. This indicates that in Pakistan, some people are above law.
Had I been a greater mortal, I would have ensured that the police officer was not only given a letter of appreciation but also a pat on the back for performing his duty with utmost dedication.
