Wajood will be an interesting film to look out for because of several reasons. Firstly, this is one of the two films which Javed Sheikh will be producing under his own banner, Javed Sheikh Films. This film will also be directed by the veteran actor himself, who has previously directed films such as Yeh Dil Aap Ka Hua (2002) and Khulay Aasman ke Neeche (2008). Sheikh will also be making an appearance in the film.
Secondly, the cast includes some promising names which have piqued our curiosity. Actor Danish Taimoor will be seen in the lead role, and actors such as Ali Saleem, famous for his Begum Nawazish alter-ego, and Nadeem Baig, another acting legend, will also be featuring in the film.
However, one name that has really caught our attention is Frieha Altaf, owner of Catwalk Event Management & Productions, who has previously made a few special appearances in films such as Lahore Se Aagey, but we are yet to see the diva show us her acting chops on the big screen. Altaf will be playing the character of Mrs. Samdhani, as was revealed at a press conference that was held recently to announce the cast of the film.
