Chaos at the airport

Benazir Bhutto International Airport is in a dire need of an expansion. Although its restructuring is underway, there are a few problems which should be solved immediately. One of the glaring problems is that healthy men get into the ‘women-only and disabled people’ queues. The reason why these men line up in these queues is that these queues are relatively shorter. But, this causes difficulties for women who are travelling alone or are accompanied with children because the queue lengthens drastically. What is saddening is that there is no staff member present near the counters to do anything about it. The mismanagement creates a scene of utter anarchy and chaos.

People should have the decency to obey the rules since a lot of foreigners are also present at the airport and any sort of mismanagement sends a wrong image of the country too. The concerned authorities are requested to position diligent staff at the counter(s) who make sure that passengers queue up in the right queues.
