I N G R E D I E N T S
- Channa daal (boiled & blended with milk) 1/2 cup
- Suji (cooked in milk) 1/2 cup
- Ghee 1 cup
- Cardamom 4-5
- Sugar 1 1/2 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Saffron a pinch
I N G R E D I E N T S
- Start by heating ghee and put in cardamom
- Now add channa mixture and start cooking
- Add suji after cooking for 15 minutes and add in sugar and saffron
- When the halwa becomes thick and starts giving off an aroma, stop cooking and spread it on a plate till it cools down.
- Cut halwa into squares and sprinkle it with nuts
- Your delicious sweet delight is ready to be served
