PDCA calls players for trials

KARACHI: Pakistan Disabled Cricket Association (PDCA) has called 29 players for trials to select the team for the Five-Nation T20 Championship to be held in the UAE next month.

The trials will be held at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on September 26 and 27.

The selection committee comprises chief selector Sabih Azhar and members Javaid Ashraf, Aslam Bereach and Jameel Kamran while Muhammad Tahir and Joint Secretary PDCA Muhammad Nizam will be coordinators. Ali Christian will be the Video Analyst during the trials. President PDCA Saleem Karim will also present during trials.

Players called for the trials are Matloob Qureshi, Arif Richard, Majid Hussain, Adil Abbasi, Wajid Alam, Ashfaq Shakir, Mohammad Shabaz, Hasnain Alam, Danish Ahmed, Saifullah, Waheed Khan, Nasir Mahmood, Hayat Khan, Jahanzaib Tiwana, Rao Javed, Zubair Saleem, Rehan Ghani, Abullah Ejaz, Nihar Alam, Muhammad Harris, Abullah Khan, Mohammad Abullah, Sher Ali, Fayyaz Ahmed, Gohar Ali, Mohammad Kalam, Nouman Shabbir, Umaiz ur Rehman and Waqaf Shah.
