Prince Harry recalled experiencing an "adrenaline crash" after leaving what he described as a stressful environment
Angela Levin, a royal expert and major critic of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, has shared her views after the Duke opened up about ‘depression.’
King Charles younger son has revealed that he "slipped into depression" for about two weeks after moving to Canada with Meghan and their son, Archie, in late 2019.
In his new MasterClass, Redefining Grief: Building Resilience Through Loss, Harry recalled experiencing an "adrenaline crash" after leaving what he described as a stressful environment.
The Duke also reflected on how years of grief following his mother, Princess Diana's, death affected him.
According to the People, Harry joined neuroscientist and grief expert Dr. Mary-Frances O’Connor for a deeply personal conversation about loss, trauma and healing
He reveals how therapy helped him process his grief, the panic attacks he experienced during royal engagements and the rule he follows about time away from Meghan Markle and their children.
Commenting on these remarks, Angela shared her views, saying: “Harry wants to show happy now he is in the UK. But he feels he must also let us know he "slipped into depression after moving to Canada with Meghan and Archie."
“That was years away. He chose to go. I don't think he needs to tell us all about himself. He just wants us to see him smiling. Phoney,” the royal expert added.
